Suggestions
- Move the remove from server button to the tools tab with a drop down to select the groups to delete. Implemented in October Release
- Add "Show error alerts and warning" check box on error page. This allows users to disable the pop-up from appearing.Implemented in August Release
It would btw also help if the manual section on "Scheduling automatic synchronisations" would mention this option explicitly (with a screen shot so that you can't miss it)!
- Select "Selected Groups" by default
- Change "Cancel" exception handling Implemented in October Release
- Require manual intervention if a client has not synchronised within one months (adjustable period)

- Instead of the first screen being the log in screen after you've set it up initially, could it go right to the main screen? Maybe like the Facebook app operates, where you enter your email and password once and then the preferences are moved to Preferences.app at the bottom.
- I'd like to see contacts sorted by last name. Maybe an option to toggle between first and last?
- If there is no picture, could the name and company be centered instead of having the "empty" picture? Not a big deal but the "empty picture" is a little jarring.
- Can addresses show up in one multi-line box rather than a line for each value? It'd be great if it were like the iPhone's Address Book.
- It'd be amazing to have the option to pop open Google Maps for addresses!
- I'm not sure how to handle it, but we have numbers with extensions entered as 000-000-000 x123. Is there a better way to enter it? Instead of [space]x, should we use a comma to make the iPhone "dial" a pause, or a wait? This isn't a command but a question I suppose, but maybe there could be some intelligent code that would interpret anything after a standard number as an extension and dial a pause/wait?
