Access Address Book Server Log Files

The log files of Address Book Server are stored in the following directory

/usr/share/addressBookServerEnterpriseEdition/apache-tomcat-7.0.22/logs

To access the log directory in Finder use the Go To Folder option under the Go menu. In the pop-up dialog enter the path (/usr/share/) . This will then open up a new Finder window from where you can navigate to the log directory.

The critical logs files are

• std_out.log
• std_err.log
• console.log
• debug.log
• trace.log

Please submit these files when reporting problems.
